Tailgate latch and hardware

I ordered up a new fleet side tailgate this winter and need to order up all the components to make it function. IE Latch, arms, rods, catches etc. Now here is the question, LMC has the complete component kit with a chrome handle for 99.95. Brothers has the same kit listed for 149.99. Is there a quality difference, or is one place just cheaper than the other? I already ordered the front bed panel with the chevy bowtie embossed from brothers since they had considerably cheaper shipping. Input appreciated, Thanks!

Re: Tailgate latch and hardware

Right on man, thanks for the help! Is everything I need in their kit, or will I need something else? Also, did you put the rubber grommets on the rods that fit inside the tailgate? I'm assuming they are to keep them from rattling? Thanks!

Re: Tailgate latch and hardware

The clips to hold the rods on the handle didn't come with it. I didn't put the rubber grommets on.

Re: Tailgate latch and hardware

What about any of the bumpers that go between the tailgate and bed side? Also, did you get the chrome handle kit? Thanks for your help!
