Help me identify these parts
It's been a long time since I took the truck apart and cant figure out what these go to. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

Heres the big one, the other goes under the steering column and secures the bottom of the rubber grommet that goes around the steering column shaft, just below the instrument panel bezel.
