Probably from the drip rail and down the A pillar, from there it drips onto the top of the glove box liner and gets inside..

Wow, it's been a while since I've updated this thread. Been busy with work and life lately. Plus ordering new wheels for the GTO has put a big damper on truck spending.
I've done a little over the last few weeks, like install the precision window felts and sweeps... Painted the vent trim rings and installed one on the passenger side... And I just installed some van side markers... That's it for now. Caught a virus last weekend when I was doing the A/C vents, so I haven't been up to working on it lately. I'll probably get back out there this weekend though. Hoping to get the vents installed and maybe the hose routing figured out.

It's been a while since I updated. I finished the vents a few weekends ago, here are a couple pics of them. Please ignore the hack job on the radio hole. Whoever cut it must have had a few too many to drink by then. I've got a billet plate to help with that. That's one of the items on my list to get mounted. Since the stereo is out, it will happen before I put it back in. I used a dremel tool for the rectangular vent hole. It didn't take long, but it made the dremel so hot that it stopped working for a while. OOPS! It's good now though. I also figured out where I was going to mount the bulkhead on the firewall on Monday evening. I drilled the holes and didn't have time for pics that night, and haven't been out there since. I'll try to get the bulkhead mounted tonight and take a couple pics of it.

I'm getting the A/C installed.... slowly. Here's my plan for the engine side of the bulkhead. I got the main component installed for the Vintage Air Gen IV unit. This took some time since I decided not to use the hard lines from the kit. Hopefully it doesn't leak, or it will be heck trying to get it back out and fixed. Here's a pic of it installed.

In an attempt to recurve my hood (it's too low in the middle, making it drag when opened, and the sides are too far out) here's what I did...
It sat like this for 3 days. It helped a little. The sides look to line up a bit better, but I'm now seeing that my hinges are worn out. I have to push on the back corners to get it to sit flush with the cowl. I need to shove the hood toward the drivers side to get it to line up with the body lines, but that won't be difficult. I may need to do it again for a longer period of time to get the hood to remember where it should be

Haven't done much since I got back from vacation. I did just placed an order for a PBFab fully adjustable trac bar. I don't know if the rear moves much with the shorter CPP double adjustable bar that I have on there now, but the more I've read, the more it looks like I really should have the longer bar to make the rear stay close to the center during suspension travel. Plus, I really like the PB stuff.

Good luck with your build. You're probably closer to your end goal for your truck than I am. I've got grand plans to tear it all down and build a drop member frame, raise the bed, repaint, etc. Since it's currently driving, and I don't have the space or funds to tackle a complete tear down and rebuild, I'm doing it while she's running. I probably won't modify the frame during this round of building her.
I guess I'll be spending more in the long run to do this truck twice!

Rob, I didn't use the sure fit lines. I used eaton/Aeroquip EZ clip fittings to connect to the bulkhead inside and out. I only used a portion of the sure fit line for the heater hoses under the dash. I wound up running a bead in the line and clamping the EZ clip hose with a worm gear. I don't have pics of it, unfortunately. Seems like every time I work on it, I forget about pics until it's too late.
I'm currently trying to get the wiring and engine side done. Ran the duct work last night and the interior electrical this morning. I'll see if I can squeeze a camera in there for you.

Here's the duct work...
I had to pull the grille off so I could get the hard lines from the condenser and drier installed. That was a disaster! More on that later. Here's how the lines looked after I got it all installed. I still need to do the heater hoses.

On to the disaster that was the grille removal...
So taking the grille out wasn't a problem. That was pretty easy. The problem came later when I had to make a trip to the hardware store for longer bolts to install the fittings on the compressor. As I'm pulling out of my driveway (I bet you can see where this is going) I feel something weird under the car, so I stop and get out to find the grille UNDER MY FRONT TIRE!!!! I get back in the car and finish driving over the grille and get out to assess the damage... It doesn't look too horible in this picture, but the emblem is cracked and the two lower bars have broken away from the rest of the grille Here's the ugly shot.. The sad part is that when I leaned the grille against the car I told myself I'd better move it before I leave so I don't run over it. An hour later and I ran over it! So, now I've got the excuse to replace the entire grille with a chrome outer and a new billet inner... $625+ later... Oh, and truck freight is another way to rape you out of some of your hard earned money. Classic Industries was cheaper with their 15% discount, but freight was $200!!! I wound up cancelling that order and just ordering through Classic Parts.. I hope their shipping isn't that high. I saw $70 added to the overall cost (included in the price listed above) but the fine print said shipping charges may not be exact. Just goes to show that it's best to listen to yourself when you think something might happen and just MOVE IT BEFORE IT DOES HAPPEN!!!

Thanks Mike. I couldn't believe it at first, but when I finally left for the hardware store, I thought to myself "Go figure! You're overdue for something stupid like that." Things happen... I guess I can look at the bright side... I get to replace the poor fitting grille sooner than I expected.
The VA stuff is pretty cool. I love it in my GTO, so I knew I wanted it in the C10. I did the same thing with the EZ clip stuff too.

Just wondering if you ever found the source of that leak that found its way into the glove box?
Also I'd really like to know what brand of headers you have and if you can use standard length spark plug body's and not stubby plugs.
