I don't know why they wouldn't, the 14 bolt is the same and the front is bolt centric.

Those should ship cheap and easy with the USPS Flat Rate boxes. Put each one in a box and it should run you prolly $60-80 to ship all four of them anywhere in the US. Also the Post Office have large flat rate envelopes that are made out of Tyvec house Wrap that ship for six or seven bucks. I've jammed some weird, heavy stuff in them Tyvec envelopes...
