MO WTB 67-72 drivers door patch ( mirror area )

Looking to buy a door patch that is 1ft long x 5 inches tall. Previous owner drilled, welded and warped the area where the mirror goes on the drivers side. The doors are rust free and I would rather just cut out the bad area instead of loading the area back up with filler.
I'm will be using 67-69 door mirrors with the 5 inch round mirror, if the patch has the factory drilled 3 holes in it already for that mirror it would be ideal, but I'm not going to be picky.

Here is the pic of the door. You can see there is a small hole from something previously mounted on it. I'll take some lunch Money and you cover shipping.
There is no holes on this door so it may have been painted or it didn't have any on the truck. The door is a 72. I have others but this is the only one I was willing to cut up this much. Let me know!
