Driver Door Alignment

OK Guys, need some help here - I rebuilt my driver door hinges and rehung the door. It is totally out of alignment - the problem is that I can't seem to get a wrench on the bolts that bolt to the cab due to the fender being in the way - Please tell me that I don't have to remove the left fender and the hood to align the door. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Just looked and I don't think so?
If you remove the door, you could, but that would almost negate your plan.
Is there any way you can make an educated guess?
Sounds like a lot of mounting and unmounting though?

There are specfic tools for the job, Snap-On has one, long S shape box ended wrench with 9/16 and 1/2 ends. Also, http://www.classicindustries.com/tru...ts/y65800.html . Otherwise it's pretty neccessary to remove the fender (hood).

Snap on makes one S9619. Go to ebay and type in door hinge wrench. The service manual calls out a door hinge wrench tool part number?

I've been into a ink roller assembly on a Goss printing press from 1970 with 7/8" open ends that were less than 3" long far too many times?!?
That wrench looks like a knucle busting swear machine!
Anyone actually use one?
I need to take out my own driver's side door sag and hope to see a good outcome from this thread?

When you rebuilt the hinges did you take off both halves? OK here is a little run down of how the adjustment works on the hinges. The door side will move the door in and out. If very little fore and aft adjusting is needed there you can do so with the use of shims.Now to move the door in what "we" in the body shop bidness [notice the southern spelling there] call the "pocket": that is the door frame opening in witch the door should sit.Now to move the door forward and backwards the Body side bolts [the ones you can't get to] have to be loosened.Now here is where things get crazy if you have lots of gap at the top rear and are touching at the bottom rear well some adjust- ment to both may have to happen to get it back right. If you left the body side on the truck and drove out the bushings and replaced them there and did not remove the hinge side on the body side I would say your closer on the adjustment than you think.
