New member introduction
Hey everyone,
I just picked up a 1971 K20. It's not perfect but i'm going to fix as many flaws as I can without doing a full repaint and use it since that's what i told the wife it was for . The Good: It has a 350 , th350, dana 44 and 14 bolt rear. Front disc brakes ,air conditioning ,PS and PB. Original color not original paint . The bad: Paint is a 10 footer . I'm going to wet sand a couple of runs and a little orange peel. It has rust in the passenger door and cab corners, the cab mounts look good. I'm going to try to repair the rust and repaint the areas below the trim in the trouble spots. I'm pretty active on the GTO and Nova forums so i'm curious to see what kind of crowd the truck guy's are ...Forums can be rough LOL |

Re: New member introduction
Awesome truck! Safe to say this forum is like no other. People are very respectful and just remember that life long lesson "if you don't have Anything nice to say then say nothing at all" all I can say is you may get hooked. And I'll warn you people start gettin rowdy if you hold out on pics too long. And welcome from up here in Washington

Nice rig! Luv the lifted 4X look on these trucks. And the color combo seals it.
Congrats on a great find! And this forum is the best. You will dig it here.
