Re: 1965 chevy truck one piece @a time
Thanks.
Widening the bed or fenders is something I want to do. I like how simple Lakeroadster made it look widening just the bed; But I like the beefy look of your wider fenders.

Re: 1965 chevy truck one piece @a time
It is home not much done on the truck over the weekend .got it home Friday
night had some thumbs up and some oh great looks from some of the nabors when i fires up the truck and unloaded it guess they didn't like there windows rattling from the the flowmaster with super 44's had to build a garden table Saturday for mom . Sunday moved stuff around and started the rework on the doors .. put the truck in the front of the shop and covered it and blocked of the front with plastic . so i guess its slowly going back together one piece @a time |

Re: 1965 chevy truck one piece @a time
I think yours look perfect in relation to the cab.
I guess there used to be 3" wider fenders available in fiberglass. They look just a little too wide for my taste;

Re: 1965 chevy truck one piece @a time
The tire and wheel combo is 15x12 rallies 9in back space
and the tires are 31x16x15 the rear end is from a 70 model chevy truck which is a little wider . and streached the fenders 1 1/2.. with the wider fenders I can go to a 14 inch wide mag wheel when i'm ready |
