Gawd longbike, your truck is just gorgeous.

Re: How about some pics of 47-59

Hello

Here is my truck, I think it is a 1948, because the gas tank is under bed and it has lever-action shocks, but ID plate say's 1950. Also windlace around doors indicate 1948.
I'm from Sweden, by the way (if you have questions about the reg plate.)
Truck is imported to Sweden from Texas 2011. Body and frame is in pretty good shape regarding rust, just a little at the cab floor. But it is terrible to drive, there are some to do about this.

I bet you get lots of looks driving that baby over in Sweden. Fixing a little rust and getting them to be derivable is the fun part.

I think Stoner's Speed Shop built this truck. They build some pretty bad ass old pickups.

My "new" 1959 Apache 36. Black interior, utility bed. Runs and driving 235 4 speed. You can see the '58 Suburban in the background.

I may just leave the '59 like it is until I get the '53 and '58 Suburbans running. It's got rust in the doorsteps, but it always fires up great.

Gonna have to find some barn door glass for it, but it's a nice project.
