oem wheels.. worth keeping?

hey guys. I have a 68 c10 lwb I just got, and after much searching, I found out it has 69-72 k5 oem wheels on it. They are 15x8 grey steel wheels with beauty rings. they are missing the center caps though. I considered finding the center caps, but would need 2 sets of rear caps since my truck is 2wd. On top of that I would need to replace the center "4x4" badge. I am considering getting rid of them since finding 15" street tires is becoming increasingly difficult. I was wondering if they are worth anything or should I just get rid of them?. they would probably be great for someone doing a resto.

Re: oem wheels.. worth keeping?

Those are 73 + Truck Rally wheels. Not worth $400. I just picked up a set of 5 at the local scrapper yard with roller tires for $75.

Re: oem wheels.. worth keeping?

I had no problem finding 15" tires. But the rims are very desirable. But you wont get 400 if you dont have the centercaps.

Re: oem wheels.. worth keeping?

Yup.. 73+ rallies. Same wheels that are on my Blazer. Almost seems like center caps in great shape are worth more than the wheels.

Also, I have no troubles finding 15" street tires.
