Torque Converter for Towing TH350

72 K20 suburban with crate 350, rebuilt hipo TH350, NP205, Eaton 4.10 gears and 32 inch tires. Will be towing a 20ft trailer 5K lbs,

The guy at the trans shop is recommending a 2500 rpm stall HD converter but after doing some research it seems it will be adding heat to the system and loose a little MPG.

What stall rpm HD converter you guys recommend?

Thanks
