New here, and a 54 3100
I would like to introduce myself, and my truck. I've been looking around here for some time and I really like the community y'all have here with plenty of knowledgeable members, and some badass trucks.
Currently I am an engineering student and recently acquired a 54 Chevy 3100 form my future father-in-law that was, and still is, in several pieces, I believe it's only missing the bed cross sills. The body is in good shape, needs a couple patch panels though. Here's some pictures of my truck as I brought it home and how it sits now. I'm assuming the truck had about 150kmi on it judging by the amount of oil/dirt buildup on the motor and frame. Eventually I will get the block machined, put a t-5 behind the motor, and bag it...eventually, school first. |
