Anybody need a nice 3 speed manual crossmsmber? Nice shape and rivets were drilled out. $20 + shipping.

I am not interested but it would help to know if it is from an original SBC or I6 truck because they are different.

It is from a V8 truck - what's the difference? I thought they were the same.

Since the SBC sits forward from the I6, the transmission cross member also is forward and that puts it in a different location on the frame. The frame is curving up and that puts the cross member ends at a different angle. I think the 4 speed and 3 speeds are the same cross member.

I currently own: 1940 Chevy Fire truck (project), 1946 Chevy truck (project), 1946 Chevy 1 Ton pick up, 1953 Chevy school bus (storage area), 1968 Chevy C10 (I have drove for 26 years), 1994 Chevy C2500 (daily driver), 2005 GMC crew cab K2500 (parts hauler) and more trucks for parts.
