Is it or isn't it ?
Now I am 99% sure the factory never offered a trans cooler as a option on a C10, can someone confirm or deny? Okay I went to look at this 69 C10 (spid pic) and it was ordered in with the intent of hauling a slide in camper ,which the truck did. Has anyone ever seen a trans cooler like the one in the pics? To me it looks factory and that is why I'm posting this thread, to learn. I mean check out the brackets, fitting etc. and if it wasn't factory it was a super aftermarket accessory professionally installed.

Re: Is it or isn't it ?
Interesting, doubt its factory in any way... they almost look like house baseboard heater sections. Could be some cottage industry creation and I'm sure it works well to dump heat. The fact it runs over the radiator top would seem to cause a drainback overfill. Is it in series with the tank cooler or does it bypass?
