I see you are new to the board, so welcome. There is a search function that you can use, and you will find several threads on seats, with tons of pictures and comments about likes/dislikes. Some good reading in those threads. In fact, there is one or two right now on this main board about four down from your thread.
There are several vendors on the site that carry stuff for our trucks. If you mean the rubber pads that go on the pedals, try Borthers, American Classic Truck Parts, Truck and Car Shop, LMC, etc. Do a google search and you will find several different places to buy parts.

For the entire setup look in the for sale section. There are a couple of threads on trucks being parted and you should be able to get what you need. Becoming a premium member will allow you to post want to buy ads. It also supports the board. Seats are hard to say what will fit. What works for one guy may not work for you.

I guess what I was really saying is that there is no universal "best." What is important to you might not be important to someone else. Do you need thnner backrests for the max legroom? Do you want integrated seatbelts? Do you want modern seats or old school. What look fits your vision for your build. Way too many variables to call something "best."
