disk swap bracket question
There is a bracket that attaches to the master cylinder/booster that then goes down to the firewall. My 1970 does not have a predrilled hole or a bolt to use to attach the bracket.
Should I just drill a hole and put a bolt through to hold the bracket to the firewall? thanks |

Re: disk swap bracket question
Here's a thread that should answer your question if you are using the factory disc brake booster. I THINK both 1/2 and 3/4 tons had 2 braces as shown in the thread. Also note the edit I added to post 8 regarding my pictures.

Re: disk swap bracket question
Thanks so much. Its great not to have to reinvent the wheel everytime something comes up. And on this swap a lot of things have come up.
