air ride - want to bag this
Hello,
I have an opportunity to get a small window '66 short box fleet side C-10. I had a '65 long box small window in '77 so now 30+ years later I have a 2nd chance to have a classic truck. Last week, I helped take the body off the frame and disassemble bed from frame along with front end, so now parts are ready for media blast, and truck is down to to bare frame, front end disassembled as well. We are talking about air ride, looking to find out top shelf air ride kit to go with. Will C the rear frame rails. Thanks, mark |

Follow some of delmo or dinos builds. Travis from pro performance or borris aka way2lo2 are both able to put a package together for you and are members here.

Re: air ride - want to bag this
I have done my own air ride and suspension on my 63. i regret it every second now. i did it to stay on budget but have spent way to many hours and money on it. i would definitely check out porterbuilt beautiful pieces and all the quirks are worked out. just my .02

Re: air ride - want to bag this
That is a very nice straight and relatively rust free truck. Did you find that around here? Be careful where you take your body to get stripped, not everyone knows what they're doing on sheetmetal. Alan at Blastmaster here in CDA does A LOT of blasting on car and truck restorations.

Re: air ride - want to bag this
Top shelf air ride would be Porterbuilt with Accuair e-level. There are quite a few build threads on here with this setup.
