Glove Box Door Question

Getting ready to put on a wood grain glove box applique on the Longhorn glove box door...There are a few areas that I will need to sand down and remove some old "glue".."contact cement. And here it is after the sticker is added:

I would do the whole door. It will only look as good as the prep put into it. John

I'd sand the whole door inside and out, repaint, then put your wood grain on.

What are the three extra holes in the upper left for?

I've asked myself that question too.....I am assuming that the 3 lower ones are for my Cheyenne Super emblem........The top 3 left corner???????They just seem to be to perfect for someone to have drilled them????Any ideas............
