Help me drop it please. Lowering help
Greetings, New to the forum. Looking for help lowering my 72 GMC C15. Has rear leaf springs. I would like to hear your suggestions about a 4/6 drop. Looking for it to be reasonably priced. So far I have only found springs from
Western Chassis. Input would be very much appreciated on how to get this thing dropped for a decent price. Thanks

Re: Help me drop it please. Lowering help
I'm getting ready to drop my '69 short step which has rear leaves and my method is JDM flip kit (5 1/2" to 6" drop depending on your springs, mine has HD springs so may not be as low as one with regular 3 leaf springs.) Early Classic 2 1/2" drop spindles and 2" springs. If you want the back a little lower you can do an EC drop shackle.
Should be able to get it down for $600 plus shocks. I bought 4 KYB from Rock Auto at $22 apiece.
