5.3 and flat top pistons
Ive got an Lm7 engine that needs new pistons, and I figured I'd just go with some flat tops. Now is there anything special I need to know before going about this? Are there any different dimensions between say the 4.8's which came with stock flat tops, and the 5.3's which are dished? I know this will through the compression up to 10.4:1 or around there and I"m good with that ...

Re: 5.3 and flat top pistons
The dimensions are the same for Pistons, you can put a 5.3 crank in a 4.8 and you have a high compression 4.8
