Factory Finish on front Rotor dust shields 4x4
I'm wanting to know, what was the factory finish on the front rotor dust shields on a 4x4 truck (K5, 10) with a Dana 44?
Where they painted or did they have a plated finish? thanks, Jeff.

Re: Factory Finish on front Rotor dust shields 4x4
Not sure about the 4x4 but I was told that the trucks with rear wheel drive and disk breaks on the front, the dust shields were galvinised. Any else know any different?

They were galvinized, not cadmium plated.
