Dimmer Switch Relocare

Has anyone relocated the High beam dimmer switch from the floor?

I have some toe/floor pan rot, I am doing a dynacorn floor pan as lots of the floor braces are rotted away and I feel it will be a cleaner finished product instead of patching in sections of floor and braces.

so while I am there I figured I would remake the flange that welds the toe pan and floor seam together.

If i relocate the Dimmer I wont have to worry about having to form the pocket for the switch to fit in.

So if anyone has done a relocate where did you put them?
