Hey guys any trick or tool to get to the door hinges behind the fender other than pulling the door or the fender.

Actually there was. The style is pretty common on professional tool trucks or just make one.

Yes it's possible to finagle around in there and get the bolts loosened up. Can even get them tightened up somewhat afterwards. It's the adjustment that is a real beach. I've done it this way in the past and it sucks.
It is just quicker in my opinion to pull the fender (even if the bumper also has to come off like my 68 does) to have free access. It takes me many tries of loosening, tightening, checking gaps, loosening, tightening, check again,,etc.
My body man came over about two weeks ago and very first thing he said after checking my gaps was "let's pull them fenders and get these gaps better". I informed him that I had just installed them about two weeks earlier. He said, well, "the bolts should come out easy then". We both jumped on it and about 40 minutes later we started getting the gaps better.
