Engine Stumbles
When I've got the truck in park or neutral and hold the rpm's at around 1200 the engine stumbles but if I go higher or lower it runs perfect. It's a 350 with a 750cfm quadrajet off a '71 Vette and HEI with a TH350 tranny. Any ideas what is causing this? vacuum leak, carb problems, ignition?

I'm no guru but 750 is a lot for a stock 350. You might be loading up in the middle rpm's but once you get to the higher rpm's its sucking up that gas better.

It has a medium cam in it, and it runs good except for at the certain rpm +/- 100. I know the carb needs a little work and wouldn't doubt it if it is the problem. Thanks
