1966 C10 horn

My horn button appears to be mashed into the steering wheel. I'm concerned I will break the unit when removing. Any advice ?

Re: 1966 C10 horn

sure you have resolved by now.... and you discovered there is a rather plump o-ring surrounding the inner part of you horn button. Us a wider flat head screw driver and pry out horn button kinda gently but firmly. to reinstall, follow the notch in steering column with the protruded portion on the rubber o-ring.
