Very Nice. I love the look of the original ralley wheels, with or without the beauty rings. Simple and clean.

Did mine a couple of years ago, unfortunately, they've started to rust again in a few areas, especially around the edges where the tire mounting tools have scratched the paint.

I intend to let mine sand blasted , let apply some galvanisation coating , to end with a epoxy paint in the original colour : no way some tire men could destroy them again...

Thanks for the nice comments.

Blue Beard, I used Color Place brand paint, and the color was silver aluminum #20012.

CRR used a little trick to get better pop in the wheel, and that is stripping the factory black coating around the wheel hub bolts. This makes the hub a full bright metal part and really ads to the look. I did the same.

Sandblasted the wheel, metal conditioner, metal etching primer, URO 2 part primer, sanded to 600, then topcoated, in my case with Dupont Centari single stage. I couldn't get an epoxy in this color, and, well heck, I just don't know how to shoot BC/CC!

Actually, I just took them off and scuffed them up with a scotch brite pad, and painted. I didn't do anything special. I am not sure how long the paint will last, but they look good right now

Sorry BladeX, I do not have a good before pic. They were not rusted, just old and dingy looking. The paint I bought, was just the cheap spray paint you can get at any Autozone.
