Hey Eric, which mufflers are you gonna run on it? You may want to drop another $50 and put some cut-outs on it.

I ran cut-outs on mine, but they turned out to be a PITA. You need to mount them as close to the header as possible (lowest spot on the exhaust too), and since they hang down...they scraped quite a bit. It was cool uncorking the exhaust though...especially during the burnout contest....maaan was it loud!

i'll keep the flows on it for a while. after i get the engine started up and running good, i'll have to take it to the exhaust shop and have him extend the pipes to reach the shortie headers i'll have. cut outs would be cool for the strip though

Depends on what full lengths and what tire/wheel combo you run. My full lengths were HOrribly close to the ground. on a 4/6 with 16's and 50 series tires.

I just about took the collectors off my 83 GMC 2wd longbed once. Of course I was going up a rough road in the mountains. But it had stock suspensions and 225/75R15 in front and 235/75 in the back. But the passenger side exhaust hung down quite low because I had it run below the crossmember. Just about took the cats off with it too hehe.

BTW those will be getting replaced by some 18's in a week and get retired so they can be fully polished.

True, that is Summit full lengths and 15's on 60 series rubber

Elecrtic cutouts are so awesome. Im seriously considering getting them. It'd be about 350 for 2. It would be more for show though...

Cable cutouts need to be custom made... and they rust up and jam after the first rain. Its a cool concept, but doesnt really work out. Regular cutouts seem to be a pain for a daily driver too. F-Body guys go nuts over the Electric ones, they are really reliable and just plain cool to boot.
