Torque specs for bed wood

Hey guys I am about to tighten down my bed wood and was wondering if there are torque specs for that. Any help is appreciated. It is a 65.

All I did was use anti seize on all the bolts and I used a 1/4 drive to tighten them by hand.

I did the same except I put some loctite on mine.and pulled them up till they felt snug.

Use lock washer, made them "tight".
