Guys looking at 39 COE and didn't they use the stamped number by the distributor on the 216 as the VIN for the vehicle? thanks.

Here in VA the motor number was used on titles until the mid 50's but I assume other states may be different.

VINs and titles are state issues so your state DMV website is the place to check.
Asking here, you get halfwits like me telling you how it works in TX. Utterly useless info. |
