Am I missing something?

I was going to bid on this for Yeller, but OMG...are these THAT expensive now??

I think the days of inexpensive 73-87 parts is winding down.

I think it is winding down for pre 81's. I can still get stuff like this all day long for my 85 from the dealer. I need to start stocking up on GM parts now I guess. Someday, the 81 ups will be in the same boat. I could make a ton of money in the year 2020 maybe.

Are those OEM replacements? Might be cheaper to take old ones, refurbish them and get them replated???
