Help I found 2 small spots of cancer

I found 2 small rust spots about 2 inches long and about 1/2 inches wide. Located under the cab near the corner of the drivers side. They are the only ones I could find. How do I stop them before they get outta hand????? PLZ HELP!!! also I had a post awhile back about puting in my flex plate for 1st time. all went well. excpet for when I went to put in the tranny again. engine drop low..lol guess how much time I spent trying to line the 2 up before I realized...

hehehe, you guys don't even know the definition of rust, lol

Just sand it down (get rid of ALL the rust or it'll come back) prime it, and paint it again, make sure you seal it well, and it should be fine.
