WI super super clean 69-70 grille assy

I really have to wash this thing so you guys can appreciate. I'll try to tonight. Oem grill.
I'll take 1500.00 Plus shipping if need be but I would have to build a pallet more than likely. Light black paint scuff. And the tiniest ding you'd ever seen. One of the inner grille insert brackets is cracked.

This is the listing in lmc. Remember my oem grill is 46-47 years old and aside from a mint nos one, you would be pretty hard pressed to find a nicer one.

Just FYI this grill could be OEM but is not factory.
I have 7 or 8 of these and didn't know I had such a treasure trove. None for sale.

Like the others I'm not trying to be rude, but I agree with others that this might not be a orignal GM grill. I have always been told and seen that the black paint on the center bar of the orignal grill continued in two horizontal lines into the headlight cutouts, and that the aftermarket grills had the black paint stopped by a vertical black line before the headlight like yours pictured here. Also, I sold a perfect 69 grill with a perfect uncracked inner, headlight bezels, turn signal lenses and housings for $600 after it was on the board for a week or two. Just my $.02

Hey the last thing I want to do is sell something miss leading! Im not a 69-72 guy. I have a 67. I received this stuff from a truck I bought and the guy I bought it from seemed pretty convincing. Asking 350. Sorry and thanks for all your help]

It is probably a GM grille, however it looks like a replacement that GM sold in the later 70's until they were discontinued. As stated, the "original" grilles had the horizontal raised lines that extended out to the headlight cutouts. There is a thread or maybe even multiple threads on here about this same subject. Here is a pic of an original one.

I think I should point out:
Lets say you bought a truck in 69. A week later you damage your grill. If you went to the parts counter and bought a replacement it would look identical to the one you have. One could not purchase a grill with the bars that extend out to the headlight bezel. The horizontal bars were factory only. I could be wrong on this but from threads on this site is what I understand. Your grill is good looking and if it cleans up nice is more desire able than a repop. IMHO lmc is junk in comparison to OEM.

To see prices for comparison do a search. Nos ones have been listed recently and should give you a ball park amount.

P.S it does have the raised horizontal lines but for some reason they are not painted.
