Small trans hump, trans options?
As it states...
Is a TH400 out of the picture? How about the newer 4L60e or 6L80? If any are possible, what's the reason for the high hump? Thanks. |

dont forget about the option of a 700r4 or a 200r4...not computer controlled which is a plus in my book

but yes, I think a TH400 will fit with the small hump as long as you don't have a factory big block. I stand to be corrected.

I've seen several with that combo. Not sure why the high hump really.

Nope. I've seen several big blocks with th400 and small humps, obviously not factory, but fit with no real modifications.

My '69 C-10 is a 396BB with a Hughes TH400. And it is a small hump.

I have a 700r4 with a low hump cab. It's a tigh fit but fits none the less
