68-72 fender mount spare setup

I have a 68 short bed step side thar has the fender mounted spare tire on it. I want to put a normal fender without the spare on it so I am wondering what this is worth?

It has been repainted and has a spot of bondo in the lower front of the wheel opening. I assume there was a hole because there is a small riveted on patch panel on the back of that spot. Otherwise the mounting flange area looks to be in good shape. (I understand those rust away?)

The photo is the actual fender. The yellow arrow points to where the bondo spot is.

What is this worth?
