Welded ash tray frame removal

Anyone have any pointers on getting a welded ashtray frame out of the dash? I can get the top welds with my spot weld cutter but there's just no way to get it to the bottom ones. The dash is completely gutted. The only thing I can think of would be to cut the tab that it's connected to on the actual dash structure.

Thanks in advance

I've never seen any that were welded. What year is the truck?

Re: Welded ash tray frame removal

Its a 69. Two spot welds on the to and looks like two on the bottom. Then there's the holes where the screws would be used for just hanging out
