62 c10 drum brakes question

When I put my truck away for the winter last fall, noticed I was running out of brake pedal, I would push the pedal as far as I could and it would not stop the truck very well. So, this spring, I adjusted the adjusters so the brakes just started to drag and figured this would give me more pedal back, but it didn't seem to help. Ant suggestions what to look for next? Thanks. BTW, the brakes are power assisted.

Make sure the reservoir is full and check for leaks. They will usually show around the bottom of the drum backing plate or at the wheel cylinder as wet looking spots. Also take a look at your rubber lines and make sure they are not dry rotted or expanding too much when the pedal is applied. If all checks good you probably just need to bleed the system.
