Question question on material compatability with brake line and fittings

Currently have my truck down to frame and moving onto installing all new brake lines. I have done hours of research here on the boards and thanks again to all of the board members sharing info on prebent kits, material , techniques etc. I will be going with either NICOP or regular steel and bending and flaring my own. I would like to go with all stainless steel fittings (mainly corrosion prevention for future), however i am uncertain if i can use these with the NICOP tubing or reg steel tubing due to stainless being much harder and not sealing correctly, or just incompatible with other types of metal for this purpose? If i cant no big deal i will just use regular fittings but i figured I would give it a shot and ask. Thanks again all!
