No place to bolt seat belt shoulder strap in 67

I want to get a set of shoulder straps seat belts.There is no place to mount the upper part.What can I do to secure it?

You could drill a hole where they are in newer cabs then slide a backing plate with a nut welded on up the rear pillar. When I mounted my rear view mirror to my doors I had a hard time holding the backing plate inside the door and screwing the mirror on so I used some glue to hold it in place if I ever need to pull the mirror, I imagine you could do the same thing to a backing plate in the rear pillar.
