15 x 8 Steelies Question

I have a chance to pick up the pictured rims and the deal is through friend of a friend and he claims these are 6 hole 15 x 8 steelies. Can someone tell by looking at the pictures if that is what they are. i will be keeping them if I buy them.

Yes they look like the 8 inch wheel you have pictured. Best thing to do for sure is hav them measured by your friend if they aren't close by.

Re: 15 x 8 Steelies Question

Like Ray said, they look to be what you want, 4-nubsa and all. They may have the width stamped in somewhere. Since it's a friend of a friend just tell him they are the wrong kind but you have a friend who has a friend that could use them if they are $100 for the set

Re: 15 x 8 Steelies Question

I picked them up today. 130 mile drive each way but now I have a set. I took a 6 hole Rally wheel centre cap with me and tape measure just to be sure.

Re: 15 x 8 Steelies Question

I am going to hang on to them. Ive been wanting a 4 x2 Burb for a few years now and if I end up getting a 67/70 I will use these along with set of P01 wheel covers I have on the Burb.

Re: 15 x 8 Steelies Question

Couldn't you find a less hard to find 8 inch rim to put a full wheel cover on? Wont they work on say an easy to find rally rim? (I have zero idea haha).

I'm not bagging on your choice in the least, just curious is all.
