Concrete On Dogdish Caps
How can I get concrete off a dog dish cap ,a friend needs this cap but I dont want to give it to him without cleaning it .It's not very thick .

Acid desolves concrete. Vinegar works.
Concrete guys wash hands with vinegar Anything acid is gonna etch chrome if left on to long
