Murphy's Law! Washer pump.
Murphy's Law:
1). Nothing is as easy as it seems. 2). Everything takes longer than planned. 3). What can go wrong will go wrong at the worst possible time. This is an example of #1. So I get my dad and he is ready to help me wire up the new washer pump. I get under the dash (took some contorting to do it!) and then discover the defroster vent hose is in the way. Also, it's so tight in the cab I really need to remove the seat (again) to get the job done. So, I decided not to wire up the new pump today but put that off until the truck is reassembled and I have the room in the garage to put the seat. One good thing is that I need to redo the in-cab section of fuel line anyway so I can do that also rather than putting it off longer. Last edited by In The Ten Ring; 07-30-2016 at 08:30 PM. |
