Hot Rod Flatz Texture Black upkeep?

About a month out from paint.
Have decided on the paint in the title.
Final sanity check--- how does this hold up?
I have seen many flat paint jobs that collect dirt/dust/grime and will not let go.
They just get worse and worse.
No point in paint if it will not wash and clean up, right?
How about some pics three or four years AFTER painting with this product?
Thanks!
