I am not wanting this to turn into a For Sale post. Let me get it unloaded and cleaned up and I will make a selling post on it. Thanks, Fred.

Probably, without a doubt the worst inner roof I have ever seen. But, it starts, stops, drives and is a short bed. i cleaned it out this morning, did not even bother to wash it. It is looking a LITTLE better. I am getting ready to throw it out there on the market.

Re: At least it is a short bed....

why is it that people like parking stuff under trees. Most of the top cab cancer is from tree's or people piling trash on top of the roofs of trucks.i've seen a truck sit out in a field for over 25 years a 1969 3/4 ton only problem i saw when my friend bought it was the rocckers had signs of cancer starting.

I found a way how to stop the cancer from happening on the floor corners.1968-72 dodge trucks in that area thet raised the floor up enough so that no standing water can stay detour it right out the door even dirt will make it way near the door and out it gose.

Neet to put in a small gap in the door rubber and No nor cancer.

But you need to raise that floor up where it dose not go into that trapped area

Re: At least it is a short bed....

That rot happens from failed seam sealer in the drip rail. The worst seam sealer I've seen has been on desert trucks and I've seen those rotten up there with solid bottoms in the cab.

hats the stage beyond patina, patinot even?

Re: At least it is a short bed....

Bedside spare tire carrier!!

The greatest trucks can be built from this point, but I'm seein' a perfect candidate for a roadster beyond patina rat rod bomb around beach buggy. I'd strip the paint and let it rust outside a while. If I lived at the beach that's what I'd do. Probably weld the doors and make them hop through like a Jeep. You could make a thatched or surrey top all the way back.

I like the way you think. It could be a ULTRA BEATER,,, we may start a new category of these trucks...
