1970 shroty lifted suspension question

I have a 25 year old lift kit. Worth getting a new one for a better ride?????

4" suspension. This thing is a rough country they were not lying, LOL. I hit a bump nowadays and lose a filling. I have had this truck 26 years since I was 15...or 16. did not bother me then.

Re: 1970 shroty lifted suspension question

That's kind of what you get with a lift kit. Made to take bumps and not drive like a caddy. I don't know if you would get much of an advantage on buying new. Maybe they have better progressive springs and maybe better geometry now. For what you pay on a new lift kit I think you might be disappointed.

That's kind of funny, the older I get the more I really enjoy nice and quiet riding vehicles.
