This might be a dumb question.
But, I have my 679wood bed) I bought a donor 68(steel bed) I want to replace my drivers side bed with the 68's As one is wood and the other steel, will this work with no modifacation? If not then the 68 is going to go.

Pretty sure the bed sides are the same. The front panel is not the same however.

Longhorn is correct, sides are the same. Bed front is different, cross pieces are different.
