is this a good deal?
looked through the paper today, and there is a 1971 LWB 4x4 truck for sale. It has a rebuild 350 with 30,000 miles on it, 4 speed tranny, and has normal rust. This is all I know about the truck, but from what information you have, do you think I should grab it, or not bother lookin at it. the guy is askin $1500 for it.

I would take a look at it for sure. Seems like a good price(or at least starting price) for a good running 4x4.

Normal rust may mean rust everywhere. Look at it before you put your money down. If it does have rust in the normal areas it is a screamin good deal.

I just got my swb 1968 4x4 with out an engin for 450 and the guy was asking 600 I woud say its a good deal if it looks good. mine evon came with new rokers but the old ones arent that bad LOL grab it if its in good shape

It might have tow hooks, tach, tilt, cruise control, and a/c. You never know about those kinda things. I say go check it out, if its not what the guy described, at least you tried.

im going to look at it on thursday, about an hour drive just to see it, but Im willing to go the distamce. Ill take the camera and get some pics of it, and will post them here and see what you all think about it.
