1960 c10 front drum backing plate interchange
Does anyone know what years will fit a 1960. I pulled the wheel off and passenger side had no brakes. Backing plate bent and wheel cylinder wired to top of a-arm.

Re: 1960 c10 front drum backing plate interchange
Looks like a good time to update the entire brake system. I have some 66 stuff just dont know if they will fit. I would go ahead and put the duel pot master cylinder on it and split the brakes. Looks like it needs all new lines and this would be the time to make it safer.

Re: 1960 c10 front drum backing plate interchange
Sir: If you can't find out if any other backing plates will work for you, I have a pair of front backing plates off of a 1960 Chevrolet Apache 10. Let me know and we will see what we can work out. Ron

Re: 1960 c10 front drum backing plate interchange
Thank you for the responses. I was able to use a 1969 c10 backing plate. Brakes are fixed for now.
