You could use 255/60's, 255/70's, or 275/60's on the 15x8's (6-lug). I'm using 255/70's w/5-lug 15x8's for a little extra height on the back of my 68. I use 15x6.5's (van) ralleys up front w/215/75's.

I run 15x8 eights on a two of my trucks. I like the staggered look so I run 255/60/15 on the front and 275/60/15 on the rear. Wider tires eat your gas mileage. But the extra footprint helps slow these old trucks down. Could send you a picture if you want.

I don't have rally's, but on my 15x8's I run 275/60/15 all the way around, and I love them. I'll post a pic in a min.

71 cheyenne , I thought 275's might look a little wide , but they nice on your 8" rims & your frame looks good to.
