Smile Home built mounting bracket for york 210

Hey guys, just wondering if any of you have built your own mounting bracket for a York ac compressor. I am putting it on a 250 l6 in a 72 c10, using it for onboard air. Any info or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If that's the same model York that was used by Ford for ages, then maybe a 300 six in a truck or van might have something adaptable. You'll likely have good luck finding one in a late 70s to early 80's van. Lots of 79-83? Mustangs came with a 200/3.3L straight six, so they might have something too.

Hope this helps.

Do you have a picture of it?
It's possible that I may have one in the "Pile"
I know I have some for small block Chevies.
Been doing a/c work for many years now and stuff is hard to keep up with as to what fits what.
Usually it's just a flat plate mounted on legs(flat plate) that bolt to the side of the engine.possibly an idler pulley also.
Is this for a/c or just an air pump?
Mike.

aftermarket guys make brackets for small blocks & LS motors, didn't see any for straight sixes. It's been a long time, BUT I had a 72 nova with a 250, dealer installed air & I'd swear it had a york on it. Not sure, been a long time. A/C blew cold as ice, went parking with my girl, nosed in to some bushes, no airflow...blew the high side line, scared the crap out of me & my girlfriend - date was over!

I have a picture of the pump but not the bracket. I'll be used for online air, just a pump, no ac. Using it for bags.
