Driveshaft crossmember

Hi ya'll ,im about to swap out stock shaft crossmember for an aftermarket dropped one.how difficult is it to remove rivet studs?from the looks of it,looks like im in for a big battle.is there an easy way?does the cab need removing?has anyone done this?thx any help will be appreciated.

If your handy with a 4" Makita type angle grinder and a heavy duty punch and have patience you can do it. Since using a punch will take some room I would suggest removing the cab. I'm sure someone has done it without removing the cab.
I installed the POL X-member in mine.
